Clearance Instructions for Students Residing in Hostels Affairs Departments for the Academic Year 2021-2022

Clearance Instructions: -

1. The work of the clearance committees began in the complexes of the Hostels Affairs Departments on Wednesday 15/6/2022.

2. Students residing in the Hostels Affairs Department should come to them to complete the clearance, each according to the department in which he/ she sides.

3. Clearance is given on the day the student finishes his exam and is obliged to leave the department on the same day.

4. Students who want to complete the clearance must be present in the Hostels Affairs Departments at exactly eleven thirty in the morning, that is, half an hour after the exam ends, due to the smooth flow of work and the absence of any momentum on the committees, which ensures that all procedures are completed before the end of official working hours.

5-Students who did not complete the clearance procedures from the Hostels Affairs Departments their results will be withheld electronically and cannot be received until after completing the clearance.

Therefore, we ask the students of all Hostels Affairs Departments to complete the clearance procedures in a proper manner

Steps to complete the clearance

1. The student must prepare all his luggage before going out to do his last exam.

2. When the student completes his last exam, he should inform the official of the department he resides so that the latter completes the student's inventory form.

3. Pay the sum of the inclusion and the amount of the fine if any fines are involved.
