1. Distribution of tasks among the employees working in the hostel to process the work.

2. Approval of granting ordinary leaves, provided that they do not exceed ten days, and confirming of sickness leaves.

3. Recommending approval of the regular and sickness leave for more than (10) days, in addition to the study leave.

4. Supervising the performance of work in the department and following up the activities of employees.

5. Recommending the imposition of a penalty on negligent workers.

6. Suggesting sending letters of thanks and appreciation to distinguished and creative workers.

7. Recommending the granting of promotions from one degree to another for the employees of the department.

8. Recommending the appointment, placement and dispensation of the services of any of the employees in the department in accordance with the laws and instructions in force.
