Supervising unit for internal department complexes: -
· Follow up the work of the trustees and supervisors of all complexes in terms of commitment to work and duties and the implementation of the instructions for the work of supervision
· Submitting daily reports to the department director on the reality of the complexes in terms of the level of cleanliness and the availability of basic necessities for housing in the complexes, as well as the daily achievement of maintenance and services, with the submission of attendance reports for students on a weekly basis, and recording cases of students’ absence on a daily basis.
· Follow up the work of the Social Research Division in each complex and submit reports on the achievement in it to the director of the department.
· Follow up the organization of records for each complex, which would facilitate the work procedures of the departments.
