A Delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Visits University Of Anbar /Hostels Departments

This Morning, a Delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research from the Department of Hostels Affairs and the Quality Assurance Division Visited University Of Anbar / Department of Hostels Affairs.

The delegation was represented by Instructor Dr. Abdullah Hassan Ali, Instructor. Dr. Hikmat Ghazi Muhammed, and Assistant Instructor. Emad Abdel Sataar. With their arrival, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, accompanied them to the residential complexes of the Hostels Departments. He was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Atheer Anwar Shareef, Assistant President of the University for Administrative Affairs and a Prof. Dr. Salam Abed Fayadh Hassan Al-Fahdawi, Director of the Hostels Affairs Departments to inform the visiting delegation about the student housing, its quality, and the services provided to them. During the visit, the delegation met a group of students to find out the obstacles they face in their housing and the extent to which those in charge of them have overcome them, if they are found.

In this meeting, the President of the University and the delegation listened to their views and suggestions, which included their unlimited thanks to the President of the University for his parental care. He promised them to maintain electricity for twenty-four hours during the final exams after coordination with the Anbar Governorate, the Electricity Department and alternating with the generators of the Hostels Departments, in addition to his parental care and recommendations for the injured students of Asthma and providing health care to them, especially our country is exposed to dust storms.

He also promised the visiting delegation that there is coordination with the Anbar Health Department to re-spray pesticides and insect repellents to create a suitable atmosphere for student housing, in addition to instructing the officials of departments to activate sewing workshops in female students' sections as well as sports halls and playgrounds.

After that, the delegation listened to the views of male and female students and their thanks to the president of the university and those in charge of the Hostels Departments, the president of the university asked the graduate students to join the alumni association for the purpose of continuous communication with his university.

Addressing the students of the Hostels Departments, the president of university said that the presidency of University Of Anbar and the ministerial committee have one goal, which is to reach the "ideal" in student housing.

At the end of the visit, the students of the Hostels Departments presented certificates praising the role of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, the Administrative Assistant and the Director of the Hostels Affairs Department, Prof. Dr. Salam Abed Fayadh Hassan Al-Fahdawi and all those in charge of the work of the Hostels Departments. The visit was attended by both Prof. Dr. Anas Majid Shahouth, Assistant Director of Hostels Affairs Department, and Dr. Nidal Ali Hussein Rasheed Al-Rasheed, Assistant Director of Hostels Affairs Department for female students, and the officials of Complexes.
