The Department of Hostels Affairs / Division of Social Research Holds an Instructional Seminar for Students of Hostels Departments

In cooperation with the Anbar Police Directorate/Community Police Department, the Department of Hostels Affairs/Social Research Division held an instructional and educational seminar this evening for the hostels departments ‘Students’ Complex (6,3,2)’ inside the university campus on the topics of electronic blackmail and drugs and their dangers on students of hostels departments.

The seminar was moderated by Brigadier General Abdul Razzaq Abdullah Nayef, Director of the Community Police Department at Anbar Police Directorate, who emphasized avoiding cases of electronic extortion and drugs and staying away from bad friends and their danger in changing the student’s tendency to deviation and its impact on the family to which he belongs, as well as destroying his scientific future.

The seminar was attended by Assist. Prof. Dr. Salam Abed Fayadh Al-Hassan, director of the Hostels Affairs Department, the head  of the Social Research Division and its employees, the follow-up unit official, the secretary of the complex and a number of supervisors. At the end of the seminar, the Brigadier General distributed gifts and shields to the winning students in the hostels departments marathon.
