Technical Workshop Unit: -
· Implementation and processing of materials in engineering statements, such as doors, windows, and others, to reduce purchase costs.
· Managing the movement of the mechanisms of the internal departments and directing them to serve the permanence of work.
· Follow up on the completion of electricity generator fuel supply transactions with petroleum products processing companies and supervise the processing.
· Equipping the internal departments with sufficient fuel (liquid gas) and white oil, and following up its delivery to the student housing complexes.
· Coordination with the engineering department of the university in the event of maintenance and restoration of the buildings of the internal departments as well as the buildings that are rented and participating in the development of engineering designs for the buildings of the internal departments to be established, as well as the preservation in an orderly manner and according to the correct official storage methods to facilitate the process of inventory entry and exit, inventory operations and follow-up records constantly .
